Experienced civil and commercial litigation counsel focusing on complex domestic and international disputes with a considerable record of success. Active especially in appellate, Supreme Court and arbitration proceedings. Expert in planning and implementing comprehensive pre-emptive strategy for his clients with a view to finding beneficial out-of-court dispute resolution. Keen negotiator in dispute settlement procedures. He has been legal counsel to well-known foreign and Greek companies.  

Main areas of practice: commercial, lease, construction, loan, sales contracts, distribution, agency, franchising, competition/ anti-trust, energy, product and tortuous liability, estate, insolvency/bankruptcy, enforcement proceedings, company, defamation/libel/slander, family disputes, private insurance. He is practicing law in Greek and in English. 

Associate Professor of Law since 2022 (PhD, 2004, Master of Laws, University of Essex, UK, 1999). Lecturer of seminars on Civil Procedure at Democritus University of Thrace Law School since 2004. Speaker in seminars and conferences held by the National School of Judges, the Union of Judges and Prosecutors, Bar Associations, the Greek Procedural Lawyers’ Association etc. Author of books, papers, legal opinions and commentaries. Active as member of the editorial team and as civil procedure editor in Greek law reviews. His areas of academic interest cover, inter alia, provisional measures and injunctions, review proceedings, orders for payment and for the return of leased premises, enforcement proceedings, non-contentious jurisdiction, commercial, insolvency and competition law.
